WARNING

Carefully read these instructions as incorrect use may result in fire or burns. 

Microwave.

Lay flat on turntable and heat for 1 minute on high. Turn over half way through the heating time to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in increments of 20-30 seconds until desired temperature is reached.

Do not heat for more than 2 minutes.

Microwave instructions are based on 850 Watt oven. Please adjust heating time accordingly

DO NOT OVERHEAT 

• Discard after it has cooled if there is a burnt odour
• Do not use on sensitive skin or whilst sleeping
• Not suitable for children under 5 years old
• Do not use when wet
• Leave to cool on a fire resistant surface after each use and do not put into storage until cold
• Replace heat pillow after prolonged use or if it appears damaged
• Do not use wheat bags as heat packs or in bed or confined spaces
• Spot clean only
